Our 6th Sauvignon Blanc release crafted from three Napa Valley vineyards. The spectrum of flavors that each lot contributed to the craftsmanship of “The House” makes it a versatile companion to be enjoyed and shared on all occasions.

2019 Vintage

The 2019 growing season was yet another perfect vintage in Napa, uneventful like its historical precedent 2018. It’s rare when a perfect vintage like 2018 is followed by a similar one, but 2019 is proving in the cellar and out of the bottle to be even better than marvelous 2018. 

Three Vineyard’s - “The House” Blend

CCOF- California Certified Organic Farming

-St Helena: a tiny vineyard off CA State Route 29. First to ripen and harvested, marking the start of 2019 harvest season. Fermented and aged in a Stainless steel tank, 8 months on lees. This lot is responsible of the tropical character of the wine. 

-Rutherford: a historical vineyard blessed with sandy-clay loam soils that are excellent for water holding capacity. A feature critical in crafting Sauvignon Blanc with a mineral character. Aged 8 months in Stainless steel and neutral French Oak barrels. This lot contributed greatly to the structure of “The House”. 

Also bottled on its own “The Immigrant” Batch #28.

-Oak Knoll District: The last vineyard we harvested where daily temperature swings can reach up to 50F. This Sauvignon Blanc lot was exclusively aged in concrete eggs, on lees for 8 months. Although the smallest piece of “The House”, this lot helped intertwine the 2 other lots adding complexity and vibrancy. Notes of white peach and lemongrass were distinct in this wine. 

Tasting Notes

A wide spectrum of aromas and flavors. We smell and taste something interesting every time we pop a bottle, especially in different temperatures. “The House” Sauvignon Blanc combines the best of both worlds. The new world fruit notes/ tropical character can’t be denied but the old-world winemaking gave this wine complexity and style. 

Meticulously crafted to be enjoyed for all occasions. Perfect on its own, a great kitchen companion.

·       3400 cases. All 3 lots were cared for separately and blended 1 month before bottling.
