THE VICE PINOT NOIR BATCH #10 ROSÉ 2018 ($23)—Pinot Noir almost always makes for a more interesting rosé in the hands of a food winemaker, and this Carneros Napa Valley example has plenty of fruit and flowers, with just 12% alcohol. The vintage was, according to founder and owner Malek Amrani, “A winemaker’s dream,” with above average yields. A fine choice to go with summer cheeses, sausage and pastas.
