Cabernet Sauvignon, “The House”, 2021 – Napa Valley ($36.00/750ml)

The 2021 vintage boasts aromas of ripe, dark berries, pomegranate, molasses and warm cranberry sauce, with hints of vanilla and hickory. With a multi-dimensional mouthfeel, sporting red berry bramble and licorice flavors on the entrance, it picks up along the way with notes of dark cacao and spiced almonds on the mid-palate. The lush and lengthy finish perfectly matches the aromas of the nose, with waves of violet and fresh tobacco leaf.

The wine was aged 12 months in oak barrels (30% new oak, 50% French & 50% American), with an ABV of 14.6%.
