BATCH #11, CABERNET SAUVIGNON, MOUNT VEEDER, 2017 SINGLE VINEYARD

Crafted above the daily fog line of Napa Valley, 1776 feet of elevation in Mount Veeder. The terrain is steep, the growing season is longer and labor is harsher. The more the vines (and we) struggle, the better is the fruit, the more generous is the wine, the longer you enjoy it. Robust tannins, concentrated red and dark fruit flavors that lead to a round and precise long finish.

BATCH #9, SAUVIGNON BLANC,

NAPA VALLEY, 2017

A wild vintage! The year began with abundant rainfall following a historic five years of drought. A mild spring followed by a freak hail storm in June that near missed our vineyard. Two heat waves during the summer, a third one right after we harvested during Labor Day Weekend. Cool weather settled in until the wildfires ravaged the region starting October 8th. While part of the vineyard burned, the winery was miraculously spared.

Our ongoing quest to produce the best wines from Napa Valley at a consumer friendly price point has inspired us to raise the bar a little higher and showcase our newest release, Batch #8, A 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon from one of the most unique and prestigious Sub-AVA’s in the world, Howell Mountain.

BATCH #6, PINOT NOIR ROSE, CARNEROS, 2017

BATCH #5, CABERNET SAUVIGNON, YOUNTVILLE, 2015

Batch #5 is a single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from an iconic Yountville Vineyard established in 1973. A vintage to be remembered for its high quality but significantly low yield (-40%), a result of a cool Spring season, a hot and dry summer. The quality of the fruit was outstanding although in limited supply, it is likely to be recognized as one of Napa Valley’s greatest.

BATCH #4, SAUVIGNON BLANC, Napa Valley, 2016

The Sauvignon Blanc is Batch #4, and bottled December 1st, 2017. Batch #4 Was awarded the Bronze Medal at The 2018 London Wine Competition. This is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a certified organic single vineyard in the cool sub appellation of Lovall Valley, one of the best kept secret AVA's in Napa Valley. Our Sauvignon Blanc is 100% clone 376 (French Entav clone).

BATCH #3, PINOT NOIR ROSE, CARNEROS, 2016

Batch #3 of Pinot Noir Rosé from Carneros, Napa Valley was made in 2016.

BATCH #2, CABERNET SAUVIGNON, Napa Valley, 2014

Batch #2 is a Cabernet Sauvignon blend of 6 hand selected barrels, from some of the most iconic wineries in Napa Valley. Aged for 3 years in oak and bottled February 24th 2017, our vision was to create a Napa Cab that captures the true essence of the year 2014.

BATCH #1, CHARDONNAY, 2013

The First Vice. A 100% chardonnay that was aged in oak barrels for 36 months.

Only a few wineries in the world have released a Chardonnay that has aged this long, but we believe that the craftsmanship of such quality wine requires patience.

The wine was from 21 hand selected barrels representing the best appellations of both Sonoma County (75%) and Napa Valley (25%).
