The Vice Pinot Noir, 2016, Batch #7
Our first (red) Pinot Noir.
The near-perfect 2016 growing season started early, saw ideal weather conditions. Thanks to a relatively steady and mild July and August and then a series of warm days at the end of the growing season, vineyards were able to progress to perfect ripeness.
Rather than relying on just one Vineyard to craft Batch #7 Pinot Noir, Our winemaker sourced grapes from the most prestigious vineyards in Napa Valley and aged the wine exclusively in small French Oak barrels.
Rich yet elegantly styled with persistent flavors of juice black raspberry, wild strawberry and pomegranate, complemented by pleasing sandalwood, vanilla and woodsy spice scents.
